The Tata Indicom Customer Harassment Story continues yet again. With endless calls to the most disgusting customer care in Bangalore, nothing is working. Worse still the software they use is the oddest! I hope it’s not developed in-house! The problem with their software is that it closes a customer’s complaint based on the feedback given by their technicians. The technician gives a feedback by possibly fixing the problem and the software allows the complaint to be closed! Well it doesn’t matter if your problem is solved or not! This is customer service!

I think we should do something to expose these cheats.
I too have lot of things to write about the problems we face with various customer care services. Tata is not alone in this. I had bad experience with Nokia. later this year with vodafone. One agent simply collected Rs.100 from my son with out activating saying the scheme starts 2 days later. Then what for did he take the money? Since the place was far we could not go to fight with that agent!
Hi latha, I agree. But it’s through our blogs only that we can tell our experiences to people. Another way is to write your experiences on review website like mouthshut. Well dear.. dont’ keep your experiences to yourself. Share them with all others so that they are aware of what happens and can be careful
